Case StudiesBAE SystemsHaving reviewed a range of OHS training options, BAE Systems selected e3Learning’s online OHS training as part of a wider OHS training regime covering 3000 employees. There was a short project to customise the courseware to fit in with BAE Systems processes. Most employees have now been through the OHS Fundamentals course, and the appropriate employees have had access to the full range of OHS courses.
Amcore3Learning has worked in collaboration with Amcor to develop a series of driver safety courses for a range of different truck types. The courses develop awareness of key hazards present in the process of loading and unloading different loads with different trucks. Each course uses a mix of interactive workplace simulations, interactive activities, images, audio, text and assessment to provide comprehensive safety training for Amcor drivers and contractors.
SchweppesSchweppes wanted a high quality, flash based, interactive course that would be SCORM compliant and hosted on their own LMS. Scripting the Performance Management course from the raw content supplied, e3 provided a colourful and image rich solution with a range of animations. The knowledge gained by the learner was reinforced and tested through the inclusion of two interactive case studies. The course was exported onto Schweppes' internal LMS and feedback from users has been excellent.
EldercareBeing able to work with IL (e3) in the development of this course and have input on its content and structure through a funding consortium working group was a major plus for us. IL (e3) was able to work with a traditional industry area embarking on a significant education technology upgrade and be highly responsive to needs, concerns, IT skills/knowledge gaps of end-users. They possess a combination of solid educational and IT expertise allied with the ability to support clients.
AnglicareThe highlight for us as an organisation was the willingness of our staff to use their home computers and their own hours to complete the modules. We did, however, pay for two hours on presentation of their certificates. This program is now an integral part of our induction and accreditation processes and something that our staff has embraced. This will enable us to offer more training online.
Victorian Health ServicesA consortium of over 40 hospitals making up the East Grampians and Loddon Mallee regions contacted e3 to develop 9 courses for nursing staff. Over 9000 nurses have undertaken the training.
