Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites for this course. Current industry standard is for this course to be updated every 12 months.
Assessment Method
Assessment (if required) is at a Red Cross training location around Australia. It assesses practical skills through student demonstration.
Course Duration
The online training component takes a little over an hour. Once registered, students have access to the course content for 12 months. The practical assessment (if required) takes half an hour.
Certification
On successful completion of this course participants will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for the nationally recognised unit of competency from the Health Training Package, HLTCPR201A - Perform CPR.
