Infection ControlCourse Detailse3learning has developed two online compliance courses in the area of infection control – Introduction to Infection Control and Advanced Infection Control. The training has been developed based on the Australian National Infection Control Guidelines, and, where more specific to aged care, on a consensus about best practice from a consortium of five leading aged care facilities. Throughout both courses interactive workplace simulations, activities and illustrative animations are used throughout both courses to reinforce the learning objectives, build and reinforce the participants understanding of how to follow and apply infection control principles in the workplace. The courses are modular in nature, and can be tailored to meet the needs of particular employee groups (such as kitchen staff or enrolled nurses).
