Online Course FeaturesWe have extensive experience in developing online courses that entertain, engage and, most importantly, educate users. Our experience includes working with clients such as Spotless, Cadbury, Amcor, BAE, Boots, YMCA, CGU and WorkCover to develop online training that provides consistent and reliable outcomes. Based on this experience, we have developed a range of methods to ensure each client’s training objectives are met. These methods are listed below. Interactive ActivitiesInteractive activities reinforce the information being presented. This emulates the reinforcement activities that are often used in traditional classroom based training. These activities can include interactive case studies and task based activities (e.g. identifying the correct sequence of events for a procedure).
Integrated AssessmentUser responses within interactive activities and simulations are tracked. To complete an activity users must make a number of correct decisions. When combined with other forms of questioning this provides a more rigorous assessment process. Workplace Simulations
Workplace simulations allow the user to move around in a virtual workplace, with full control of an on-screen character. These simulations enable the user to interact with other characters and situations, making decisions they will need to make in their own workplace. Text and Audio SupportAll courses are presented with audio and text, with the ability to mute the audio for those who prefer to learn by reading.
Illustrative ImagesFor every ‘page’ of each module, visually rich images effectively illustrate the concepts being explained. Experienced graphic artists create styles consistent with the look and feel of your organisation’s branding, and then develop all images in line with that style.
AssessmentsOur courses utilise a flexible assessment methodology to suit your requirements. Assessments can draw on competency based assessment principles, qualitative processes or quantitative measures with high levels of randomisation to ensure compliance.
