Duty of Care for Senior Managers

This course, reviewed by the National Safety Council of Australia (NSCA) will provide Senior Managers with an overview of OHS responsibilities at each level of the workplace, an understanding of your duty of care responsibilities and a practical understanding of how you are required to fulfil your duty of care responsibilities.

Throughout the course, activities and animations build and reinforce an understanding of the different duty of care responsibilities in the workplace, and how to fulfil those responsibilities.

The learner will develop:

  • A knowledge of their legal responsibilities in relation to OHS duty of care
  • A practical understanding of how to fulfil their responsibilities
  • An understanding of the ramifications of not fulfilling their duty of care
