Injury Management for Employees
Injury management within an organisation needs to meet the needs of the injured party, their employer and other employees in the workplace. These training courses have been developed in conjunction with WorkCover Corporation for both employers and employees that provide a comprehensive understanding of the injury management process.
Through interactive workplace simulations and animations participant's will increase their understanding of their roles and responsibilities and the measures to get injured workers rehabilitated and back to meaningful work as soon as possible.

- Overview of the injury management process
- Filing a claim
- Developing rehabilitation plans
- Developing return to work plans
- Steps involved in returning to work
