Reports

LearnForce maintains records of all user activity. e3 (with a team of full time programmers and an internally designed and maintained LMS) can generate custom reports to suit your reporting needs.

Standard reports include:

  • User summary (how many users are on the system, broken down by group and shows number of courses complete)
  • Detailed course report (list of each course per person - reports can be modified to show only those completed, started, not started)
  • Single course report (as above but for single course)
  • Completed course report (date range of completion)
  • Quiz attempts report (detailed breakdown of quiz questions and answers)

Reports are prepared and viewed online. The results can be exported (adhoc or scheduled) to various standard applications in standard formats such as excel, pdf, html and csv. Report preparation is carried out using standard internet browser software. Reports are in real time.
