Here are a few more examples of our work:

BAE Systems

BAE Systems

Having reviewed a range of OHS training options, BAE Systems selected e3Learning's online OHS training as part of a wider OHS training regime covering 3000 employees. There was a short project to customise the courseware to fit in with BAE Systems' processes. Most employees have now been through the OHS Fundamentals course, and the appropriate employees have had access to the full range of OHS courses.

This affordable online training has allowed us to provide consistent,
high quality training to all staff.

Red Cross AustraliaRed Cross UK

Red Cross

Australian Red Cross have partnered with e3 to deliver high quality online training courses in CPR and Senior First Aid, which is followed by face-to-face training at an accredited Red Cross Centre.

The Senior First Aid Course won a Gold Award for Best Blended Learning Solution at the 2010 Asia Pacific LearnX Awards.

The British Red Cross were impressed enough with our solution for Australian Red Cross, that they have implemented an online learning portal with their own program to provide refresher training in Senior First Aid across the UK.

To facilitate this, e3 created a portal that is accessible to all learners, including those with visual, cognitive, hearing or mobility impairments. Visually, e3 have captured the strong British Red Cross brand, which provides familiarity and reinforces trust to learners and staff alike.

Victorian Health Services (Grampians Loddon Mallee)

Victorian Health Services

A consortium of over 40 hospitals making up the East Grampians and Loddon Mallee regions contacted e3 to develop 9 courses for nursing staff. Over 9000 nurses have undertaken the training.

The positive trainee response has justified all the effort and the consortium are keen to further expand into additional courses.

Viterra

Viterra

Viterra is a global agribusiness company with extensive operations across Western Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Viterra used to conduct all staff training in face to face training sessions, which with such a large seasonal workforce required a considerable investment of time and effort by managers and supervisors during already busy periods.

Viterra have embraced e3's technology to develop a customised learning portal and high quality induction course.

The portal allows new employees to self-register with courses automatically assigned based on the employee's business unit, eliminating the need for training administration.

User feedback has been extremely positive, with tangible benefits in time savings for employees, managers and supervisors.

Viterra is now expanding its offerings to include three new courses being developed by e3, a suite of e3 compliance courses plus some courses built in-house.

e3 have been fantastic to deal with from the outset. Their knowledgeable staff took the time to listen to our needs and tailor services to meet our requirements. The e3 Project Manager ensured all deadlines were met and costs stayed within budget. The quality of the portal and courseware is outstanding and they have been very well received by staff. Great work e3!
