Learning outcomes
After completing this course you will understand:
- occupational health and safety (OHS) responsibilities, also referred to as duty of care
- your responsibilities as an employee, and
- how your employer can assign OHS responsibilities to help meet their duty of care.
The course also provides a practical understanding of how to fulfil your duty of care.
Target audience
This course provides duty of care training for those performing the role of an employee in Victorian workplaces.
If you're a supervisor or in a senior management role in your organisation, then you should complete the duty of care course that relates to your role.
